I am an artist, a designer, an educator, and a student.
I am Erika Martinez Nutter
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Michigan State University in the fields of art education and graphic design, a Master of Arts in Art Education from Boston University, and an Education Specialist degree in Art Education from Piedmont University. In addition, I have my Tier 1 leadership certification from Piedmont University.
I have volunteered at a number of organizations, offering my services as an artist and my knowledge as a teacher. I have coordinated art exhibits and museum programs, designed publications for major corporations, ran entire art departments, written for the New York Times, and, perhaps the most rewarding of all, worked with children ages two to eighteen in the art capacity.
